Excellent service from the showroom to the delivery, can’t fault at all and will highly recommend to family and friends
The salesperson Rachael was very pleasant. She gave us time and space to look around the showroom and did not try a hard sell approach. She had only recently started the job but was informative and helpful. We appreciated her way of dealing which was both professional and friendly.

I’m disappointed with my recent bed delivery experience. The delivery team used my bathroom but didn’t flush, which was very disrespectful. The mattress arrived with dark stains, and the drivers were in such a rush to leave that I wasn’t given the opportunity to inspect the beds properly. I also had to ask them to wear foot protection, even though we had just cleaned the carpets. Overall, it felt careless and unprofessional.
We went into the Plymouth store a few weeks ago now on a Saturday morning. A salesman named Steve helped us with our enquiries and questions regarding buying a new mattress. It has to be said, he was very, very helpful. He came across as being friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. He did his job perfectly without being pushy in the slightest, but was there instantly as and when we needed his advice and help. We went to several stores on that particular morning and i have to say he stood head and shoulders above any other sales people we saw that morning. The only reason this review is late is that my wife and i each assumed the other had posted one as we both said at the time he certainly deserved a positive review. I can only add that in our opinion Steve is a real credit and asset to your company, and ask if you could pass on our thanks to him for all his assistance, help and advice on that morning. Thank you.
A guy called Phil came with a sales patter, and he was knowledgeable, friendly and give us a ton of info and help, then, unbelievably he just left us to it and didn't pester. So refreshing! Thanks guys.
Nice store with a good selection of beds and mattresses for most peoples needs. Friendly staff that don't rush a purchase but there to offer guidance and help whenever you need it! Recommended!
Can you believe our new mattresses? See photos . The real issue is they have taken over 4 months to get this delivered to us after 3 cancellations!!!!! It’s so difficult to talk for help ! They don’t answer ! Or they do after an hour wait !! Please do not use this company my only answer is they are facing financial difficulties!!!! Plus they still haven’t delivered our full order !!! Do yourselves a favour use another company Peter Dellicompagni
Great bed bought lovely & comfortable Good offer when buying. Staff in store were profession let us browse at ease. Delivery day we were texed & phoned by the 2 guys bringing bed. They were so friendly helpful & polite. Credit to your team
