Very unhelpful team when it cane to building product, limited support. Very poorly and cheap build pull down bed . In fact it broke after 8 months of using, just chipboard. Plus very expensive for quality which you get. Poor experience, would not recommend.
We were tight for space in our second bedroom and decided to buy a Hideaway bed. It arrived promptly even a bit earlier than expected in the case of one of the accessories, and we are delighted with the result. Maybe a bit bigger than we expected when in the up and desk position, but fits beautifully in the room, giving a comfy bed for visitors now. Thank you for your products and level of service
Great product, great price and exceptional customer service. Was very dubious about buying a bed online but this was the only company that did a white frame. We shouldn’t have worried, every time I had a query my call was answered promptly and I was directed to a person who could answer my questions. They listened to my needs and sent us extensive manuals based on what we were after to help make our decision. The bed itself is fantastic and very comfortable. It took a while to install but the screws are in individual compartments and were numbered to correspond with the instruction manual (which was much simpler than some of the others I have seen). When we discovered a couple of chips in the paint (minor) I emailed them again, not expecting much would be done, but once again they went above and beyond and sent a sample pot of paint so we could do a touch up. Exceptional customer service and product and I would highly recommend this company.
Excellent service. Was sent installation instructions before delivery which helped us prepare. The bed is really comfortable. Great way to save space in a multi-use room.
Bought bed ,came in damage boxes,one damage panel,opening is not smooth but no problem . Don't mind small issues. The bigest problem is they selling wall beds with not right description. If you buy any wall bed you going to have 3 cm gap between mattress and bed end. Nothing about it at the website. Not suitable for families with kids! Be careful, dangerous beds !!! The wrong parts were sent, the customer service team did resolve the issue quickly but it was still inconvenient. The bed didn't come with printed out instructions I had to find them online, the instructions were not very good. The hinge part of the bed was a nightmare to fit the bed onto. The bed seems filmsy for the price. Also a couple of the parts had rust on them. I wouldn't buy another one from this company.
