We love going here with our two children aged 5 and 2. It’s perfect for all ages. We recently attended with family and we were all getting involved. It’s ideal to get kids up and moving for an hour, the get worn out and it’s a great source of exercise. The kids have so much fun, as do the adults.
Terrible experience, spectator seating area is small and not particularly comfortable, cafe is staffed very sporadically (less than 5 mins in two hours), vending machine not working & staff were extremely rude to children. Food options uninspiring and probably not available (no one to order from anyway). Worst experience I’ve ever had in one of these centres, we won’t be back. If you are considering this, drive the extra few miles to find somewhere better.
I took a group of 8 children all of whom had an amazing time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The venue is clean, well cared for and, surprisingly, not too loud or overstimulating. My seven year old says, "It was super and I wish I could go again!" And we will!

Rude staff, manager just as rude. Dirty trampolines. Unnecessary restrictions on parts due to staffing. No signs or info regarding this. Parts falling apart. Staff more concerned about their mobile usage than safeguarding children. Would not use again. Or recommend.
We have been twice now for the parent and toddler session. My 17mo loves it. I think the value is excellent, especially if you book for a second visit as you get 50% off. There's also a little snack pot included and the staff kindly have catered for my sons allergies! We will be revisiting in the near future!
Absolutely brilliant place to bring the kids as both adults and kids can enjoy. The staff are lovely and always willing to help! Even the homemade cakes are lush.Only been twice but would definitely recommend ❤ Also if you rebook while there it's 50% off the next time and if you go 5 times and get there card signed you get the 6th vist free!!
My daughter was invited to a birthday party. The party seemed well organised and staff attentive. Everyone had a really good time. However, once in the delegated broom cupboard for the party food it felt the clock was ticking and everyone rushing to get the children fed, cake and party bags complete. I felt sorry for the parents holding the party as I think a little extra time was needed especially for the clean up after a room full of children eating. All in all it was a fun time for all and I would recommend for a party venue.
