“We had a lovely experience with Kim at babyprints brighton. Kim was so kind and patient and had thought of everything (including making the mix with warm water so it wasn’t cold for our baby!). She really helped us pick the colours of the frame and advised us on what would look best, for example not having too much writing in a small box. Kim confirmed everything via text message and stayed in contact throughout the process of the casts being framed. The end result is gorgeous, an irreplaceable keepsake that we are so grateful for. We highly recommend Kim!!”

“I had such a beautiful experience with Meg (@willowlines)! Brilliant communication beforehand in terms of booking and designing my custom tattoo, and then SUCH a lovely time on the day! It had been a while since my last tat so I was a little bit anxious, but Studio baby is such a friendly, warm environment, I felt super comfortable and taken care of. “I visited on 2 August, about 15m before closing. I was looking to buy a gift for my nephew's upcoming birthday, and after a small discussion as to his interests, Megan helped me pick out two toys; one was a "Pen Control - LCD Tablet" and the other "Dinosaur Bingo"! Not only was Megan super helpful with suggestions, they were also amazingly friendly and I could easily see they actually wanted to provide a good service and help me buying a great gift. As I was leaving, the beautiful English weather began pouring, and I asked if it was okay to wait inside for a few minutes to see if the weather would clear. Megan said that was fine, and after having a little look around, I ended up also buying two Laser Cut Wooden Puzzles ("Airplane" and "Mechanical Time") for myself! I can't give high enough praise to Megan for her amazing customer service and genuinely friendly and fun demeanor. Once I've completed these two puzzles I'll certainly be back again for more! “We're in Brighton for our summer holiday and since we're zero-waste-fans from Cologne, I was keen to visit the "Store next door". The journey by bus uphill from the city centre was more than worth it!!! My daughter had lots of fun to watch the peanut butter machine do its magic and to go to the basement and look around. I also liked that they sell local and handmade products like the Brighton socks which I bought as a useful souvenir:) I can also highly recommend the whole neighborhood. We meant to stop real quick at the "Store", but there were so many different tiny shops that attracted our attention, we probably spent more than two hours in the Fiveways area :)”

One little issue: I have witnessed a lot of shoplifting, so I would advise you to place the most expensive products (like all the cosmetics at the back of the shop) to the front of the shop as those are the ones I have seen being stolen. Once I saw a smartly dressed tall woman literally putting expensive cosmetic products into her pocket. It was shocking to see.”

The staff in here are friendly and knowledgeable and there are more tills here than you can poke a stick at. The self service ones at least, but noone really wants manned tills anyway, too much conversation for my liking. Anyway I digress, great shop and good selection of flowers also”

“Gary Pinnel is a very obnoxious man his review doesn’t portray the shop he pushed the two children he referred to in his review to make his way to the counter to then shout and complain about UPS parcel which he had called about. The credit card machine doesn’t work simultaneously with the phone so the owner had to put down the phone as she was serving. Please come and visit our lovely shop and have a nice experience like everyone else does :) Mr Gary Pinnel your problem lies with UPS not Sally’s Store! You remain barred from the business as we don’t allow rude people to come and ruin the friendly happy vibe our shop brings to the community!”
