AMAZING store. Oscar and Anna were so delightful today and made so many recommendations and made me (35 years old) so excited for Christmas! Hah! Absolutely love the Whirligig brand - I’m lucky enough to have 3 near me and I love how all of them are different but have the underlining outstanding customer service and gorgeous products. Thank you to the Whirligig gang for making every visit in any of your stores so fab!
I had such a wonderful experience here with the master toy expert who gave me so much advice and help. He just seemed so passionate about the toys. I bought games for my nephew AND for me because I couldn't resist! I still play with them now, and my nephew loves his! Thank you! I also bought some lovely books from here too on another occasion by recommendation from the master toy expert too!
I visited on 2 August, about 15m before closing. I was looking to buy a gift for my nephew's upcoming birthday, and after a small discussion as to his interests, Megan helped me pick out two toys; one was a "Pen Control - LCD Tablet" and the other "Dinosaur Bingo"! Not only was Megan super helpful with suggestions, they were also amazingly friendly and I could easily see they actually wanted to provide a good service and help me buying a great gift. As I was leaving, the beautiful English weather began pouring, and I asked if it was okay to wait inside for a few minutes to see if the weather would clear. Megan said that was fine, and after having a little look around, I ended up also buying two Laser Cut Wooden Puzzles ("Airplane" and "Mechanical Time") for myself! I can't give high enough praise to Megan for her amazing customer service and genuinely friendly and fun demeanor. Once I've completed these two puzzles I'll certainly be back again for more! Amazing range and very friendly and helpful staff - true gem! My kid didn’t want to leave! Especially great touch is different sections like unicorns, princesses, dinos etc - so easy to navigate, but eventually purchase half of the shop :)

I contacted Whirligig on a whim to purchase a puzzle and the owner not only helped me find an out of stock product (as in I have been searching for this item high and low on various EU / UK websites, Amazon, etc), but made purchasing the item online and shipping, handling, and dealing w/ exchange rates and tariffs a breeze! He went above and beyond and communication & customer service was great!
Lovely store with great choices of lots of baby&kids toys. The range of creative activities are amazing for kids and even babies. Also the staff is so helpful to find the best options for you.
