I like the combination of the 3 colours and the orange bobble brightens the hat. The hat goes well with my different jackets -navy, cream, brown. It has not lost the shape after washing.”

“Brilliant kids book shop with a limited more adult non fiction range. The kids range of book is extensive and brilliantly presented all ages up to teenage years. Staff are lovely and helpful. Prices are perfectly reasonable. Kids chairs to sit and check out books before purchase. Really quaint atmosphere which is lacking in a lot of bookshops these days.”

“I have bought so many MagStan items, initially for my own kids but now Becky is my go-to for gifts for all family/friends that have babies/kids. I have ordered blankets, vests, babygrows, tees of many colours and a fair few sweatshirts too!! The quality is top notch and each item I’ve bought for my own kids have lasted so so well! Becky communicates really well via email and it’s really clear how long an order will take. The packaging is so cute and the wrapping means they arrive in perfect “ready to gift” state. “The superstore is just across the road. A car park is so big it could be utilised a bit more. Maybe the shopping centres can come together and hold a Saturday or Sunday market. This would really help the community as we do not have anything like that apart from the Sunday market down at the marina or at the racecourseapart from that LD is The go to supermarket not just for the budget conscience but for those middle class, spend it as well quality quantity and your saving a few pennies I go there for the shopping and come back with the suite Lots of savings to be had and enjoy the middle while”

“This is a pretty decent Sainsburys. It's been jazzed up to a more modern look in the last year or so, but it's still a steadfast part of the Lewes Road area. Walk in or drive in. Parking is almost always available, and there's the Argos inside at the entrance like it's own little shop.”

“Helpful staff for most of the things that are on sale here and always managed to find what was needed with help, if there are not the items in store then they can be ordered to store and collected afterwards. Central location and useful area to be in.”

“I went to the ironmongers, asking for something to deal with a rat infestation. The man behind the counter said "Have you tried Boots?" I said "I want to poison them, not kick them to death." Apart from that, great staff and service here. Don't use the little car park behind, though, without very carefully checking the parking rules. Instead, use Waitrose for up to 90 minutes' free parking.”
