This very busy shop is open til very late ( 11 pm) , 7 days a weeks … making it very handy when I finish work , on a late or weekend shift . It’s true, it doesnt have much space inside. It’s got lots of shelves and stock, which doesn’t leave much room for people or prams. More space, less shelves might be an improvement. But it stocks a good range and choice . And the staff are absolutely lovely , very helpful and patience. Saddly I have witnessed people (customers) being very rude, / abusive / threatening for no reason to staff. Which is unacceptable tbh. The staff and security handled the situations very well but it’s sad that shop staff get treated with such rudeness by some members of the public. Over all I think it’s a super convenient store with very friendly, helpful and patient staff .

I just want to say a big thank you to all the staff at co op. I often get delivery because I struggle to leave the house. All u lovely staff always choose the right replacements and pack my shopping safely. All your hard work is very much appreciated. I would be lost without you all. So thank you from the bottom of my heart

Terrible, tiny shop always running out of stock, I can't remember the last time it had everything I wanted. It's badly laid out, the staff are lovely but clearly overworked. One of the worst supermarkets in Brighton

Really awful customer service this afternoon. Twice I was barged in front of by staff stocking shelves as I was just about to make a selection and they stood in front and turned their backs on me without any acknowledgement. Then the till member of staff failed to look me in the eye or acknowledge my existence, even when I said thank you after I’d taken my bag. Far too busy in conversation with another member of staff. If you want to be insulted as a customer, come here, if not, avoid the place. Management you need to get your staff into a charm school pretty damn quick. I won’t be back to find out if you do.

Red haired lady behind the counter is probably one of the most rude people I have a had the unpleasant experience of interacting with. I understand that you might not like you job but that’s no excuse to be rude and maybe fine other employment instead of alienating customers.

Nice shop, nice staff, but the prices are mad. £1.70 for a single tin of Heinz beans.

Every single time I get delivery from this store they forget things and I still get charged for them. I tried a diffrent coop but they forgot even more stuff. So I'm stuck with this bunch who only seem to forget 1 item every time. Maybe I'm being unreasonable, maybe it's hard to read a list of 7 items and put it in a bag.

Went two ago in the night for my shopping.. asked one of the employer that any big bottle of water is left and she said can't you see innthe shelf. This is how they treat there customers however the security guy was there as well and witness of this. I went to the manager to complain about it he just said, I will investigate it. However, I know he will not do anything.. Useless staff and manager. If I will say racist thats a more better word for them..

The staff here are always friendly (hence the two stars) but since moving to its new location this co-op is very poor. The aisles are extremely narrow and its difficult to move around people, staff restocking shelves etc without banging into people. There is a higher range of items but not nearly enough stock for the area that it serves meaning that they frequently run out of things before they can restock. I gave them the benefit of the doubt during the fuel shortages and the fact there were shortages in other places but now it seems to be just this co-op. The often don't have basic things like coca -cola or much of anything in the pastry and cold cuts fridge. Its also very expensive.
