   Member of staff, female, spanish, shouted at me to open my carrier bag: there was nothing in it so there is no need to be so aggressive or on a crazy power trip. Meanwhile, I see daily in that very store (I shop there every day as I work nearby) shoplifters walk in and out with their stolen goods, unchallenged. This makes zero sense. Why do staff harass innocent shoppers but let the shoplifters go? A suspicious mind would come to the conclusion that some members of staff are "in on it".

   Witnessed rude woman (employee at self-service area, dark hair woman, maybe spanish) harass a customer by asking to look into their bag. This is ridiculous and it was obvious that the customer did nothing wrong, meanwhile shoplifters just grab stuff and walk out in that very same Aldi.

   The items on sale seem less comprehensive than before, but the vegetables and fruits are very reasonably priced. Additionally, if you bring your own shopping trolley inside, they will inspect its contents at checkout. If you find this embarrassing, it is advisable not to bring it.

   If you like being made to feel you’ve done something wrong, you’ll love the place! Very over-zealous security and general till staff. You’re made to have bag-checks at the till and last time my elderly mum visited (unfortunately without me) they made her hand over her shopping trolley (which was empty) and she had to take out her medication and purse and hold it with her until she finished shopping. Absolutely ridiculous and I was fuming when she told me. It’s local so I used to shop here almost every day putting up with the miserable and rude staff, now they can do one. Discriminatory and awful service. Shame on you Aldi. Use Sainsbury's instead, much more choice and better quality anyway.

   The superstore is just across the road. A car park is so big it could be utilised a bit more. Maybe the shopping centres can come together and hold a Saturday or Sunday market. This would really help the community as we do not have anything like that apart from the Sunday market down at the marina or at the racecourseapart from that LD is The go to supermarket not just for the budget conscience but for those middle class, spend it as well quality quantity and your saving a few pennies I go there for the shopping and come back with the suite Lots of savings to be had and enjoy the middle while

   I just love Aldi, one of the few companies that really cares about people’s lives and plans to save money for the customers. Although the price is cheap, the staff members are always so friendly. As a poor student, my life depends on it.

   A very busy shop I I wonder how the staff can possibly keep up, but they do. Central aisle is a little lacking don't know why it just seems jumbled. Rest of the shop is very good considering the number of customers. Good value all round, wines at around 3.99 upwards, even the cheap ones are drinkable! Paying is reasonably quick but there was a long queue at self service that I was in, at least the scanners work. I will be back when it's less busy though!

   I feel that too many people are let in, more floor labels needed for customers to make space between them. Felt very unsafe today and won’t be returning.
