I had a really good experience here, Alex the man who served me was very polite and friendly. The food was very good too and portion size was really good. Really recommend the Greek Messy Chips.

Absolutely amazing! The Greek Gyros here are on another level—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The pita is soft and fresh, the toppings are generous, and the sauces bring everything together beautifully. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick. Definitely the best spot for authentic Greek shawarma-style gyros. Highly recommend!

Below average in every way. Falafel wrap was very herby. Just tasted like turmeric and fennel. The chips were tasteless and unsalted, the salad i spose was alright but nothing stood out at all except the turmeric and fennel. The service was ok, nothing wrong just happy to have people giving them money. Looked kinda miserable. The opening is quite high up so you can't really see anything going on so atmosphere is pretty well non existent. Maybe the meat ones would be better with the half decent salad

Greekatessen Brighton offers a delightful fusion of Greek cuisine and 100 % halal food with few vegan and vegetarian options, conveniently situated in the heart of Brighton, just opposite Churchill Square. Their chicken gyros stand out as one of the best in town, delivering succulent flavors and satisfying portions. I particularly enjoyed their Greek bowl, perfect for a quick and tasty snack, and their new panini selection adds a delicious twist to the menu. Recently, I indulged in their chicken parm, served on a delectable brioche bun with crispy chips, tender chicken strips, flavorful sauce, and generous shavings of Parmesan cheese. Each bite was a burst of flavors, leaving me thoroughly impressed. Greekatessen Brighton is definitely a must-visit for those craving authentic Greek street food in Brighton.

Always a long queue in front but it’s worth it. The food is amazing and it’s done quite quickly too. Love the gyros and the tzatziki is amazing! I go there every time I’m in Brighton. It’s located right next to the shopping centre. The location isn’t too far away a from the beach either so you can take your food there and eat as you enjoy the view of the sea. If you are taking your food to the beach be aware of the seagulls.

Tried both the chicken and the kebab (beef and lamb) both super tasty! The chicken is my personal favorite tho, and they sell out of it everyday. Try to get there before 5 if you want to try the chicken.

Awesome gyros for under £5. Perfect street food in the glorious sunshine. Plus you can add oregano feta for £1 to make it even better. Bit annoying that there is a 30p charge to use your card/Apple Pay even if you're spending over a tenner. Seems silly in this day and age
