Insanely good iced matcha! Iykyk, most of the time its a roll of the dice ordering a matcha in a place you haven't tried before and it can be so disappointing, this place absolutely nailed it. Im one sip in and came straight here to review and spread the good word.

Decent coffee, but pastries were slightly plain. Motorcycle vibes were good, which is why my brother and I come here anyway. If you're riding through definitely park up.

The best place in Brighton & Hove for a coffee, snack, good vibes, catching up with friends, or even just a quiet read of a book. Also has excellent outdoor seating! I love Flat Out!!

Absolute stunner of a coffee. I had a flat white, perfect size, perfect temperature, not a bubble in sight and such a creamy texture. I was dreaming drinking this! If you’re into coffee, you’ll be into Flatout, with not only well-trained but also lovely baristas. I didn’t try any of the food, but the bakes and party selection looked small and mighty. The place is open and bright, being great to sit and work or chat with friends. There’s even some outside seating now for the summer - bring it on! One of the best cafe in Brighton.

Nice coffee from Murmurations roasters. Back room echoes voices but the front is light and airy and south facing. Friendly service. Closes earlier in winter so watch out if you are planning a relaxing natter

Tired of lacklustre coffee? Bored of pretentious cafes? Then look no further than Flat Out. Easily the best coffee in Hove for me and great selection of pastries. Staff are fantastic and the added benefit of an awesome selection of clothing is a real touch. I genuinely couldn't get a coffee from anywhere else now.

Excited to finally see a motorcycle cafe in Hove... and with excellent coffee too! I grabbed a very tasty oat cappuccino and had a quick wander around their shop downstairs. Very friendly and highly recommend a visit; bring your bike!

Easily the best coffee in the whole area! Lovely and chilled vibe inside with awesome and friendly staff. Loads of cool bike and non-bike related products downstairs to tickle everyone’s fancy. Great to support local independent businesses especially in this climate.

What a place! So refreshing to see a biker freindly cafe in Brighton/Hove area, in a nice and central location. It's hard to find a unique coffee shop around the masses in hove, but this place nails it on the head. Flavourful, fair priced coffee, nice selection of brunch bits, and friendly staff. Lovely little retro Moto store in house aswell, fitting the upstairs decor and aesthetic very well. Welcoming for any bike, little to big cc, modern to old. Been going every couple days for a week or so now, and happy to report an amazing experience every time! If you are lucky you might even get the best seat in the house! (see attached photo)
