   Sharon on the tills is a star and so : Professional Friendly Knowledgeable She is great with all customers and takes time to talk...such a credit to Waitrose. The meat chilled fridge is amazing..so impressive e.g.aged beef..Will visit again soon. Thoroughly recommend Could do with a refurbishment, though,Lewes deserves it.

   Extremely upset with this store. As a disabled customer I’m so shocked that I have been given a parking ticket for being 10mins late to my car! I shop here 2-3 times a week and spend in the region of £300-400 per week on shopping. You should be ashamed of yourself taking advantage of your customers in this manner!

   Staff stuck in the past. Always get followed by security in this Lewes branch (tattoos an issue...?). Having been I'D in this Waitrose multiple times over the last few years, I'd always taken it as a compliment but the alcohol policy here is getting laughable. Told I wasn't allowed to buy alcohol as a 33 year old because I had my younger sister with me who is 14 made even funnier by the fact it was alcohol free beer.

   This is Waitrose. What more can I say, great choice of products excellent customer service and friendly partners. The Lewes branch has a Meat, Cheese & Deli Counter in store and there is a Sushi Daily next to the counters. Free parking is available for customers for 1.5 hrs.

   Great service, above and beyond - I took a delivery recently and as always got an email in advance, confirming time and letting me know that a couple of items were not available. The driver was puzzled when he arrived, and said he was sure he'd seen them both in store as he'd passed through. I told him it was fine, neither was vital. A couple of hours later, there was a knock at the door and there was the driver with the missing items, which he'd picked up and delivered on his way home! So kind. Staff are generally cheerful and helpful, even when working under difficulties.
