   Ive been to this shop many times and the member of staff is as friendly and helpful as anyone can be, but the owner is one of the rudest shop assistants ive ever come across. They offer several drop off and collect parcel services. But when the owner is there she is extremely rude. I came in with several parcels on 2 occasions & was basically told she was busy(only on the phone)she obviously doesnt have time or more accurately the patience to take parcels in. As i left the shop she was telling an other customer that I didn’t know what i was doing & didnt have the time or patience to put 4 labels on 4 parcels. She then came out the shop with her husband to say she was so busy & didn’t have the time to take my parcels so i take my business elsewhere where. Useless shop hardly any stock or customers. I wonder why !!!!!!!!!! Her staff are great, the owner rude & obnoxious. Now wonder the shop is all ways empty. Personally id use one of the many other newsagents in peacehaven. Obviously the postal service doesnt generate enough money so unless youre in there to spend money her attitude is completely different. Dont offer postage services if you dont have time(or on the phone while she deals with post)her excuse for being busy

   Today I had 5 Evri parcels to return. I hate dealing with these. The lady was so helpful and patient. I was also able to get a few things for Christmas stockings in the shop. I will definitely be going back.

   Brilliant local shop :) Everything you need! Can even have online shopping delivered here for convenience. It has a great variety of food! Goodies for the kids. All essentials. Even a free cash machine, that yes sometimes runs out of money. Also lovely friendly staff. I had lived in Peacehaven my whole life although granted I did live the other side, I had never known this shop was here until I moved near by.

   This is my local shop. It has all that I need. The staff are always polite and helpful. All of the staff will give you 5 minutes of there day for a chat. Just like a old fashioned corner shop should be.

   its a handy little shop in the local residential area. shop had all facilities like paypoint lottery free cash withdrawal machine. And got everything what i wanted like fruit veg dairy product ready meals alcohol. i would definitely recommend everyone who lives local.
