“Extremely welcoming and friendly place. They have an extensive range of queer-focused literature for all ages (including children's books!) and the pay-it-forwars initiative is wonderful as well. Such a lovely space to work in and to meet with people :))”
“Brilliant kids book shop with a limited more adult non fiction range. The kids range of book is extensive and brilliantly presented all ages up to teenage years. Staff are lovely and helpful. Prices are perfectly reasonable. Kids chairs to sit and check out books before purchase. Really quaint atmosphere which is lacking in a lot of bookshops these days.”
“Amazing little place we found by chance on google maps. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Good selection of food - but the two soup choices and sandwich selection were hard to look past. All washed down with good coffee and finished with a brownie! And all extremely well priced. Well done!”
“Honestly the best place ever! Great prices and service, Zack has helped me and my friends there lots and just generally amazing!”
“Really friendly staff, moved to Crowborough a year ago and go to these guys regularly not only because they are 30 seconds from my front door but they go the extra mile with customer service, little things like remembering what cigs I get and asking about my day. Would highly recommend this place”
“Ordered some Coca Cola and a few groceries from Smokemart. Amazing service as always. Great friendly team, always happy to help and usually have all i need as opposed to other larger supermarkets. Always happy team can't do enough and when i got my order i had a nice little thank you note and a free lollipop such an unwanted thank you, made me smile.”
“Great shop has everything you need. Very helpful staff it is an absolute asset to the community.”
“I haven't been inside this shop (walked past it in Brighton when I visited and it looks lovely) but I ordered two prints from England at Home on Trouva and I am extremely impressed with the quality and most of all the delivery of these items. I bought these prints yesterday and they arrived today! That's madness. I wasn't expecting that and it's made my day :-) thanks so much!”
“I've known the family for a number of years and have always received good service in the shop. I rarely use the postal side but I do know that had they not taken it on, the village would have been without A Royal Mail service for the past few years.”
“Superb shop with gorgeous kiddie goodies and great choice of books!”
“A lovely way of talking through the starting school process in a fun way. It will also be a beautiful keepsake for years to come.”
“Love it! The prices are amazing, the quality of the products are incredible! The cashiers are really kind and helpful. If I ever win the lottery, I am straight away going to the is shop! :)”
“Huge store - 2 floors. Had everything I was looking for including a big selection of notebooks and lots of stationary. There is also a post office inside. Full stars because there are a bunch of self serve checkouts, which means less waiting time.”
“Friendly staff, were very helpful when using the bag storage service too”
“Lovely staff helped us with luggage and gave us good advice. Brilliant service and good chat!”
“Amazing resource for Hermes drop off and groceries in a useful row of shops. Park adj for loading. Have your QR code ready in photo as 3G reception by tall buildings. Hold under machine. Staff here manage 20 parcels a day, and remain patient and tolerant. Thank you Marvans”
