minimum £3 spend on a card machine they have at other shops with no spend limit. £2.20 for a 300ml drink is absurd. ACTUAL SCAM SHOP.
Nice staff, good selection, the WORST PRICES. I don't mind being ripped off a little for convenience, but this was a joke. Everything was literally twice the price it should have been, they don't actually scan anything, and they didn't show us the price before we tapped our card. A buzz ball cost £7.99!
I ordered an item online. The item was over £200. It was delivered to Easy News. When I went to collect it the shopkeeper told me it hadn't been delivered and that they didn't have that service at their shop. He told me to get on touch with the post office. I left the shop and called the sender of the item I had ordered. They confirmed it HAD been delivered to Easy News, and sent a confirmation email stating this. I also spoke to the post office, who had dealt with the parcel , they also confirmed delivery to Easy News. I went back to the shop and told them all this. Strangely! The man had a little look around and 'lo and behold' found my item. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING DELIVERED TO THIS SHOP AS YOU MAY NEVER RECEIVE IT!! very unhelpful and quite rude. Won't ever be going in this shop again

Absolutely terrible service for paypoint cashout e-voucher the shop owner scanned my voucher and refused to give me my cash despite the clear instructions on both letters from my utility company then tried to keep my copy of the voucher and became very RUDE to myself and BARRED me from the shop DO NOT GO THERE FOR THIS SERVICE
