The staff in here are friendly when you actually go up to them, but sometimes they just stare from a distance which is a bit odd. There is a wide range of stock, but it can be a bit unorganised or messy in parts. There is a Toys R Us section in here, and the prices are quite high, but there are other things like stationary that are a decent price. There is also a Post Office inside which is useful. The self-service tills are card only, you have to go to the regular till if you want to pay with cash. There is an entrance on the outside of Churchill Square, and then one inside on the lower floor.

Deleted my last review for telling the truth so posting again: guy who comes to unlock the store in the morning rollerblades through churchill square with his shirt off screaming, every single day. Then comes into the store and starts using his helmet as a bowling ball. Weirdo behaviour. Also the store is very very expensive.

I flicked quickly through a newspaper (1MIN) when I was told by the manager/senior staff member ? to stop reading the paper. When I put the paper down and left the shop immediately he shouted after me 'Have a nice day'. I had approached the same person some time ago about some information about a foreign title magazine that used to be on display there and no longer is. The only information he gave me was 'Those foreign magazines are doing my head in. ' It is not so much what was said but the way it was said was hurtful and embarrassing. I will not frequent this store in future.

Tristan was really great, amazing customer service

Very friendly and helpful. Good money saving book offers. Though being close to end of service times, I was at no moment given the impression I need to hurry. All questions were dealt with in an appropriate way. Thanks to the male shop assistant putting my focus on the 'Peter James book section' - you should be awarded 'staff of the month'!

Huge store - 2 floors. Had everything I was looking for including a big selection of notebooks and lots of stationary. There is also a post office inside. Full stars because there are a bunch of self serve checkouts, which means less waiting time.

It is having work done on it. Over 2 floors it has cards, magazines, books and general stationary stuff. There is a post office and this gets busy so if going here be prepared to wait or get there early. It opens at 9am. It does many products but it is not a specialist at any 1 product. There is a lift and an escalator and stairs for access to both floors. The other entrance/exit is in the shopping center.
