“Fantastic service from Alfie, who was able to hunt down the salted caramel sauce for me last thing on a Sunday! Giving him the product code, he found it out the back and saved my Sunday night dessert! Thanks Alfie :)”
“Great selection of toiletries, kitchen and bathroom essentials, etc., at reasonable prices. Friendly service at counter.”
“Best experience ever, Staff are super friendly and helpful. Variety of delis, multiple choices of Garlic and smoked sausages and hams. As a Persian who miss Persian Sosis Kalbas, this is my heaven.”
“I come here mostly for vitamins and air fresheners for car. Cheap, wide range of stuff, polite employees, thank you”
“Collected our 6.5kg turkey this Christmas, and had the usual wonderful friendly welcome from Sam and Fred, despite them being so busy. The turkey was for all of the the most amazing bird we have ever cooked. The juices that poured out of the meat as I carved it and the fantastic flavour were just wonderful. our guests from all over England were bowled over by it - brilliant! The chipolatas that went with it had a great flavour also. Well done Stansted Farm shop and all the best for 2016.”
“The staff were fantastic. One lady imparticular, but I didnt get her name. We were having a challenging evening with 2 of our already over stimulated children. When we got to the checkout she had every right to be huffy with us because of how noisy and unbearable they were being. However, instead she was beautifully calm, she gave them paper to make airplanes and had a lovely chat with us. ❤️ Honestly such a genuinely lovely person. I am so grateful to her for calming them down in that moment so we could check out and pay stress free. Thank you. We will be back, you showed excellent customer service.”
“Always a great variety of goods at decent prices and very friendly staff”

“With the cost of living going sky high. It's great to find a store that try's to keep there prices stable, staff that care, free delivery on line or in store. (Might I suggest you take your eggs home with you though) 10% pension Tuesday, weekly £1 offers, Free car parking (up to 3 hrs) and the bonus card saving scheme all putting food in the trolley and onto your table for a reasonable cost. Now I know that a lot of you think frozen food seems to lack taste or looses it's quality. That it's second class food, mainly for people who don't care or are in to much of a rush. Well you couldn't be more wrong. All there veg, meats, fish, fruits and all Iceland's excellent prepared meals are frozen on site or at source Fresh from the fields, sea or there kitchens to reach you as fresh as the day they were picked, caught, prepared or cooked. In many cases fresh food you buy today, looses it's goodness and quality far quicker. Not Iceland's food. So do your self a favor and give Iceland's a try. Just the once. You"ll find Iceland's £1 meals can't be beaten, I suggest you try the Sausages in onion gravy with butter mash. You couldn't make it for the price, less than 10 mins cooking time in the microwave, then just add some bake beans and your the kids will love it. Thinking you made it from fresh. Well there's no point me banging on about how great Iceland's stores and food is. As I'm already sold on there great food and stores. Just give Iceland a visit. "I tell you", you won't be disappointed. And you'll be surprised how much cheaper than your usual store that Iceland can be. I filled one of there large trolley's on my last shop, a 10 % Tuesday and it came in at less than £95. Just for one persons monthly food shop. And the store delivers it FREE, fresh and frozen that evening. Happy shopping.”
“Staff are always very polite and helpful. I encountered a lady staff member, Helen, who went beyond the expected to be helpful. Great appreciated.”
“Lovely shop,so much to see and the staff were friendly and helpful”
“Got to love a bargain shop, they now sell clothes. I did manage to pick up a large tub of aloe Vera cream for £1, as the years have gone on most of the products cost more than a pound.”
“Ashleigh super helpful at our appointment today. Great advice and demonstration, answered all our questions and had plenty of time for us. Purchased pram bundle without any staff pressure at reasonable price.”
“You can get a lot of stuff here in bulk, great prices and good deals. Very good for students as they have some name brand and off brand products. Parking is around the back, always a lot of free spaces and the trolleys need a pound to unlock.”

“If you have ever had the experience of Alfie serving you then you are in for a right treat, a man of many talents and a man of the people, holds good conversation while you are being serve and always does it with a smile to make the customer feel satisfied. When he’s in the shop floor it’s even better, and questions or queries hes the man, knows his stuff from inside to out!, never a dull moment when Alfie is working”

“Real bargains to be found here on the Animal brand. Both myself and my partner got some good savings. Friendly staff too.”
“Staff were very friendly. The store is a very nice size with decently spaced Isles. You can use a trolley and not worry about crashing into others. The staff are very good at keeping this store tidy and saw staff cleaning up after clients throwing receipts on the floor and bags from bakery. Store is wheelchair accessible and has parking spaces for disabled. The shelves are at an average height. The store was well stocked and I was able to get everything I needed.”
“Good selection of fresh and frozen products. Good quality and good value for money.”
