   Clean store and was easy to navigate. Only two toilets which I imagine is usually fine but since the shop is situated right next to the red funnel ferry, it gets quite busy with people waiting to board the ferry. However, friendly staff and nice 'to go' food available.

   Lots of quality products but the increasing number of self-checkouts is difficult for many people to deal with. Especially if they want to get some cash back. I can understand self-checkouts in a budget supermarket but not Waitrose.

   It's always easy doing click and collect, unfortunately, today they forgot to pack 1 item, however, that's the 1st time and they did call me and tell me and gave me a choice of a refund or going back to pick it up.
