    for a supermarket it is small The problem it has the self-service there's not enough because if there's a problem the person serving on the main one has to come over but otherwise ok

    Why advertise rattler bottle of cider at £2.10 per bottle but if pay with nectar card £1.80 then get to till and pay £2 a bottle, queried with manager at cowes sainsburys store and get told no its right £2 a bottle and he takes ticket down from shelf and screws up, won't be shopping here again, might only be 30p a bottle but don't advertise if it's not that price, disgusted with manager.

    Perfect for getting essentials but the not an easy to navigate store, queues for the tills go up one of the aisles making it almost impossible to shop for certain things at busy times. Feels cramped and crowded.

    As always, clean, friendly, well stocked (excepting cottage cheese!?? "We didn't sell enough of it..not stocking it any more"..what?!). Good value despite rising prices. NB: Cannot bear self-service checkouts anywhere & I boycott them on principle even if it takes longer to wait.
