    There is always a long queue and only one till open. The poor cashier rings the bell for back up and they are ALWAYS ignored. This happens on every visit.

    Left a purse on the counter on Friday 14th March. I went in this morning the 15th . The staff member I asked said I wasn't here last night I don't know. I asked if she could ask someone else there she then walked up to tills glanced under counters without even going round d there and said no ( she wasn't even Inyerested In actually looking properly the customer service is appalling needs looking at this is not the first time I've had a bad experience here
