The staff are great. Very friendly even first thing in the morning. Convenient for petrol or buying the odd little bit as they open very early and close late.
Great staff,. I broke down beside a petrol pump,staff were so kind and helpful, made me a cup of tea, offered me water, offered to help push my car. The man on shift very helpful and friendly, took all my steps away. Highly recommend this service and staff.
I have just visited this waitrose and I feel that Jack went over and above being helpful. He was helping a customer who had dropped some milk. He didn't make a fuss and embaress the customer. At the same time he was showing concern for the customers waiting. They could do with a few more like Jack!

I have been driving for years and years and have seen all sorts of stations. However this Waitrose-Shell is pure quality compared to the rest. As soon as you drive in everything in the forecourt is clean and tidy. I then used the bathrooms and I have to say they're the nicest cleanest public loos in Hampshire!!
Queuing for 15 minutes to buy some groceries… I didn’t mind when it was coop, my expectations were lower. Now they want to charge Waitrose +20% prices I want the service.
