Popped in today to buy some freshly-roasted beans for my new espresso machine. No storefront! But no problem, they were more than willing to sell me a packet and organise payment in their office! I have to say that it’s refreshing to deal with such friendly and accommodating staff with a great attitude. I’m glad I didn’t order online as I got to see their gargantuan roasting machine :) I walked away with the freshest beans I’d ever bought and needless to say, the Americano today was exceptional. Will definitely be back!
Fabulous company. Popped into premises, on the chance they had a shop. Though they didn't, they were more than happy to sell us a small quantity of coffee. They even gave us a look around. So impressed.

It's not often you find a company with an amazing product AND really reasonable customer service! Mozzo's coffee is amazing, but their customer service is great too. I ordered beans instead of ground, they not only replaced the beans free of charge, they also said I could open the beans if I ran out of coffee before the ground shipment arrived! Would thoroughly recommend.
I've been searching for the perfect coffee beans for a very long time, and finally found them with Mozzo. I use the both the red and green label and both are perfectly balanced and give nice crema, even with a moka pot. I bought my first packet from a coffee shop that sadly closed down, so ordered my next batch online. Not only was the delivery quick, all the packaging was recyclable and I really appreciated the handwritten note thanking me for my order. I love Mozzo's values and mission, and the fact they are UK-based - glad to support local business. Will only buy Mozzo from now on. Superb coffee at a good price, plus you're contributing towards worthy projects.
I want to share my experience with Mozzo. I fell in love with their coffee in the UK but am based in Venice, CA. I reached out about international delivery, and they put together a custom process to ship out their coffee bags to me in the US. They just arrived in perfect condition - and with a little extra gift. I could not be more grateful to the team and especially to Bren who organized the process - thank you everyone at Mozzo!
Very impressive service and even more impressive coffee!! Staff are amazing. Being new to coffee making, we were in desperate need of advice and the staff at Mozzo couldn't have been more helpful.
