   Olta and Armani amazing I went in to ask about a product and help about how much vitimin d to take they were so helpful and so knowledgeable. They are lovely and deserve a good star . I may have olta name wrong it may be alta . It’s a lovely shop and I have been made to feel so welcome nothing to much trouble . I will be going in again when I am in Eastleigh .    Wow!! How helpful and delightful Steph was....I'd just had a bad experience nearby in bad customer service and she instilled my belief in human nature. I was after a product for my recently diagnosed arthritis in my wrist and she sold me a capsule and cream not only that but she also gave me her opinion on it plus her knowledge. I also returned soon after to buy the cream for my friend. She's a great asset to your company and if I need more help I'll definitely look out for her. Thank you so much Steph and to Holland and Barrett.... Let's hope it works!!

   Went in tonight after work around 4.45. Had an idea what I wanted but a little unsure . What a lovely lady who worked there . I never got any hard sell but she was informative and so helpful . I didn’t get her name but I came away with 2 products , feeling really upbeat . She knew what she was talking about and even asked me to pop back in at a later date to let her know if the tablets helped . She is a credit to Holland and Barrett and I came away feeling very positive .

   I been a custumer for over 20 years. But now I am not happy that Eastleigh staff do not want to wear a mask!! with the danger of covid..... But they spect custumers to wear one, I am a very careful person, the staff must do the same as it's not right. (Why we should do it and not them??)

   Normally I get good service from this store, but when I went the store the other day, I thought the assistant was very condescending.( I hope that is the right word) when I went to pay I gave her the code for my discount. :what’s this: she said making me feel like an idiot. When she eventually found the discount and asked for,£5 . 29, I said I’ll give you the odd 29pence.As I tried to get the change from my purse. :what are you doing : the assistant said. I may be old but I am not stupid. I could see other customers looking uncomfortable. If this assistant is on duty next time I visit I won’t go in.
