Went to your store again today, your till staff need to be customer friendly. Not even a hello, or thank you, thats the third time this has happened to me, same happened to my sister and brother. Not good enough I would be on a warning if I treated my customers in that manner
Some of the staff need to be trained on customer service. Had a terrible experience today because I simply asked the man with very white hair and glasses if he was open! He was very rude about it the whole time he was serving me. I reminded him there is such a thing as customer service and he's getting paid for it! He also shouted at the people in front of me whole banging the divider on the till at them. No ones forcing him to work there, despite him making it seem the case! Will never go to him again, disgraceful!
I’ve just popped in for a few bits and realised I’d left my purse at home. The lady how was serving me was called Annabel. She acted in such a kind friendly manner and made me fill that it was no problem. She would hold the items at the till whilst I popped home for my purse. I felt such a fool but her kind manner was very much appreciated. Thank you
Friendly staff. Lots of variety of stock and great prices. Larger than normal home bargains. The best merchandised home bargains I’ve been to. It doesn’t look like a jumble sale and is mostly organised and tidy. (Other than the coffee drinks merchandised in two locations) I wish my local one was that tidy, organised and stocked.
Excellent store always find what you need. Brilliant range of products that are well priced. Staff are always pleasant. Always busy hence parking can be difficult. Highly recommended.
Home Bargains in Eastleigh, is a very well stocked with varying products from bathroom, cleaning, linen,kitchen,gardening groceries,frozen foods,stationary products and more,all at reasonable prices. Very efficient checkout service- no long queue as is common elsewhere. Highly recommended. Parking can be difficult at busy times.
This is a great little home bargains in a handy location. The shelves were full of well priced stock of all description, there is plenty of car parking on site. The staff were helpful and very friendly.
I am disabled and use a mobility scooter I find Home Bargains very good with being able to use a mobility scooter within their shop, staff are very helpful and I always end up getting a bargain
Plenty of selection, from food to DIY to home goods or pet treats, reasonably priced. A busy place but so far not had to queue for long.
