They had 15 of the strip wood I needed in sock could not be bothered to get them out the warehouse for me and recommend I go the hedge end.
I recently visited the B&Q in Eastleigh and had the pleasure of being helped by Andrea. She was so friendly, extremely helpful, and really went the extra mile to help me find the right electric shower. Honestly, she deserves all five stars for her amazing service. Thanks, Andrea!
Thoroughly amazing staff. A big pat on the back for Aaron who was an absolute delight to deal with. He really went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase for a replacement kitchen tap. He helped select the right product at a fair price. Kudos to him and he's a real asset to the team there.
I went there today to get 2 sheets of plywood and cut them to my needs. The Gentleman at the timber cutting station was extremely helpful and fair to the people in the queue. Despite the constant flow of people he was very helpful and finshed the job well for me.
Staff are friendly. No recycling point for useful disposal of unused products, which would be handy, free tea is a nice touch. Hot food wagon and free parking.
Went to garden centre at Eastleigh for large plant pots which they never had at local portsmouth branch and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful definitely 5star review.
Great delivery, a slight hiccup with one of the parts, but after a phone call I was so impressed with the customer service but after an error on my part I went to the Eastleigh store and my faith is restored store employees. Staff are exellent, always helpful and polite, this store allows dogs in which is awesome as my dog is with me at all times. I always like going here. Always good to check out the clearance isle.
