Initially I was pleased with this company but it's been nearly 3 weeks since starting this process and it's been nothing but hassle trying to get even the most basic update. Sat for a week with their thumbs up, didn't bother to chase the engineer until I started hounding them. Never call and update when they say they will. Still not had a clear answer about when the part will arrive and the engineer complete the job. Please do not use this company.I was quoted for a Job for well over £500 and the real cost was £140.This company do not stop ringing /emailing/texting you. Wanting you to pay a yearly fee. STAY WELL AWAY
Just stay away, a rip off company. They sent an engineer chargers me £150 and I ends up with a washing machine working but leaking. Useless to discuss with them that he should have tested the machine before he leaves. They suggested to send an engineer for another £150. Waste of money and time
Stay away from these scammers. I was lied to and misled to believe that the £89 charge includes the cost of parts but am now being told the I have to pay for these myself. I’ve also been told that I can’t get a refund for the misinformation which means that I paid £89 for an “engineer” to look at my tap for 5 seconds and tell me he doesn’t know what the problem is. I’m now being told I need to pay £50 to cancel my plan. Absolutely disgusting.
