Great work from Toni and her team at LilyPad. We needed flowers for the coffin at my fathers funeral. We asked for something a little different with an autumn woodland feel. We were not disappointed! The arrangement was beautiful and exactly what the family had in mind. 5 stars for LilyPad from me.

I just bought flowers yesterday, they looked old and dry. it’s not the bouquet that I originally ordered. So I am bit disappointed with the service. It’s going to be an embarrassing experience for me today. Lady at the shop didn’t have options to show me. There was only one bouquet in the shop kept in front of the till. I thought that’s okay, they don’t have much options. I decided to take similar one and guess what it’s not even the same. Besides it’s pricey too. I got £15 bouquet from Tesco which was way fresher and presentable for that cost. I wonder if it’s all worth spending that much money and get yourself dry bunch of bushes. The bouquet only has 3 roses in it. Just 3!

My Mums little dog, Sally died this morning , she was bereft, I live 120 miles away. Mum only phoned me this afternoon, I wanted to send her flowers, (it was very late afternoon and today is Saturday) My 'go-to florist' in the area was closed, I found LilyPad by chance on google. Not only was Toni able a organise a beautiful bouquet, absolutely what I was looking for but she shut her shop and delivered them herself. They were delivered within 20 minutes. Full disclosure here. It turned out that not only is Toni a dog lover, she also knows my Mum and knew Sally (but to be fair as a local Penarth business owner and dog walker, she probably knows a lot of people) My mum was so surprised. Acts of genuine kindness like this really lift peoples spirits when they are suffering loss. Suffice to I have a new 'go to' Florist. Thank you so much Toni, you've reminded me of why I love and miss the good people of Penarth x
The Lilypad team created the floral tribute for my mum's funeral and they were stunning. We showed Toni a picture of what we liked and she made the most stunning and unique wreath and casket arrangement I have ever seen. She even without prompting suggested orchids that my mum loved which just made everything seem so personal and considered.
