If I could give a minus I would. Ordered on the 2nd Feb saying delivery in 3-5 days. Nothing arrived so on Mon 12th Feb called numerous times and no answer. Emailed and no answer. Sent a message via website saying if not arrived by the 13th then want a refund. A couple of hours later auto email saying I would be refunded. No explanation, no sorry, nothing.
You have to give credit when credit is due. I ordered a small rose box in November '22 and due to the post strike it was lost/not delivered. I have been very sceptical because the internet is full of scams but these guys were so nice and resolved it for me. The rose box is absolutely beautiful and I would order again. Thank you for everything.

These velvet rose boxes are so amazingly beautiful! Came well packaged in a “fragile” box and the quality is of great standard. I immediately purchased another one for my sister and she received it the day after I ordered despite me choosing 2-5 days! Amazing - would definitely order again
