   I can’t thank Elle enough for the care and compassion, Elle showed during such a difficult time for our family. From the very first moment, Elle took the time to listen and understand exactly what we wanted to honour our dear mother. Elle personal touch and attention to detail made all the difference — the arrangement was absolutely beautiful, Elle created something truly special that reflected our mum’s beauty, warmth and spirt which was captured perfectly. It was clear that this wasn’t just another order to Elle; she truly cared and went above and beyond to make everything special. The flowers were fresh, elegant, and arranged with such love and thoughtfulness. We are deeply grateful for her kindness and professionalism. What truly touched us was Elle’s thoughtfulness. She added a special rose, which she had arranged with the funeral home, to be given to our dad so he could have his last flower for Mum. He carried it with him from start to finish of the service and later planted it in their garden. This was something Elle did on her own — no one asked her — and it meant so much to us, Thank you again for helping us create such a meaningful tribute — it brought comfort to all of us to see something so beautiful made with such genuine heart.
