Brilliant experience today. My 9 year old daughter had her ears pierced, and her piercer was friendly, highly professional l, and really put her at ease. It was very clear how much attention was paid to hygiene and high standards. She is very happy! Thank you!
Absolutely brilliant experience. My 9 year old daughter had her ears pierced here and the staff could not have been more thorough, patient and importantly safe/careful. They explained the process and aftercare really well and obviously take great pride in their work and hygiene standards. The jewellery they use is the best quality and the piercings have healed really nicely, with no issues. Daryl was also very helpful when one earring came out a couple of months later (due to my daughter playing with it!) and helped get it back in. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wishing to get piercings - and especially for parents of young people who want to get their first piercing.
I’m disappointed with my experience at this business. My partner and I both had welded bracelets fitted. The appointment took around an hour — far longer than expected. My partner raised concern at the time that his bracelet was too loose, but we were advised that it was “better to have it loose in case repairs were needed later.” Unfortunately, that advice proved incorrect, as the bracelet came off and was lost within two weeks. When we contacted the business, we were told there would be no replacement or refund because the bracelet was lost, even though the loss resulted directly from the advice given at the fitting. Despite explaining the situation in full, the company repeatedly refused to take any responsibility. We expected a more professional and customer-focused response, especially given the circumstances.
10/10 it was a comfortable and professional experience. everything is up to ukapp standard but getting pierced by rebecca is what made the experience great. :) my navel has been pierced two times before, but this time has me very hopeful. there's no irritation, and i wasnt in any pain right after the piercing like previously. i forget it's even there until i see how gorgeous it is! thank you so much! :)
Pleasurable experience throughout. Very clear explanations in regard to the piercing process and aftercare. The piercings themselves turned out amazing. Most importantly, the people there were kind and lovely to talk to. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for piercings :)
Had my septum pierced a couple of months ago with Daryn- the best piercing experience I have ever had (piercing number 13), whole process was smooth and I felt so comfortable, piercing has healed amazingly with zero issues, thank you!!

Knowledgeable piercer. High end jewellery so ensure you are prepared to spend a little extra on something nice. Very high standards of cleanliness. Remember your ID and a mask, even if you look over 18! Would recommend and likely will return if I want something special.

Not from here and it's my first time visiting. As I needed a new jewelry. Lovely guy name Daryn gave me so many advice and tips which I'm forever grateful because he take his job seriously and does care about costumers. He also showed me how to how to put tragus jewelry on and take it off as well (as I haven't use this jewelry before) Others staffs are so lovely as well Definitely coming back here again when I'm in Wales
