   What a fantastic experience all round, needed my necklace repaired which I’ve had done in other shops and waited over a month for this, came across this shop and my necklace was repaired within 24 hours, would highly recommend and will always be my go to shop from now on and to top it off the customer service was unbelievable such a friendly, genuine guy.

   Had a great experience getting an engagement ring through Richard and recommend him very highly. Being completely naive to rings/diamonds Richard gave me his time and expertise to guide me throughout the process and choices without ever being in any way pushy. I showed him a picture of the sort of design I was after and he was able to create it. I really appreciated being able to deal with the same person throughout the process, Richard invited me to visit the store when there was something new to see. Communication was great and delivered to timelines. I thought the price was very good. The ring looks great and nice that it is custom made/designed. I look forward to getting wedding bands through Richard in future!

   I contacted Richard with regards cleaning my platinum engagement and wedding rings as both the metal and stones were looking extremely dull. Richard was able to clean them straight away (where other shops advised they'd have to be sent away), and he had them looking like brand new again! As well as the price being very competitive, I found Richard really lovely to deal with and genuinely friendly - which isn't something you come across very often these days..

   We approached Richard after being told by another jeweler they couldn't resize my partner's engagement ring due to its coating. I contacted Richard to see if he would be able to recreate the ring in a better material and in the correct size, he confirmed this would be possible and called us in for a consultation. When we visited him he took one look at the ring and said he could resize it! We discussed having it remade to be in a better material but he actually pushed us towards a resizing at a very reasonable price (and should we wish to have it remade that could be an option for the future) - this saved us a lot of money and also kept the sentimental value of the original ring. A few days later we had the ring back in the perfect size. We were really impressed with Richard's honesty and willingness to do a very simple job for us at a very competitive price. We were delighted with how he engaged with us on a personal level and took interest in the ring and where it was from. He was polite, professional and was willing to give us advice and guidance on what was best for us - not what was necessarily best for his profits at that time. For that reason we will certainly be going back to Richard to discuss wedding bands and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

   Had rings repaired and cleaned last summer, delighted with them. One ring had been missing a small stone for years despite being previously repaired elsewhere; that repair lasted only weeks. Approached Richard - he replaced the stone and cleaned it so well that months later the ring looks brand new. Highly recommend!
