   Rebecca Oldfield’s workshop was utterly incredible. It was a magical experience. I have always loved jewellery and am a magpie by nature. This workshop gave me the opportunity to make a completely professional looking ring tailored to my own design! And I made every step. It was thrilling! The real magic was in how brilliantly Rebecca stepped in, barely affecting time or process, but ensuring that mistakes were not made and that success would be the outcome. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough and am planning the entire jewellery collection I would love to make. That said, the icing on the cake for me would be to make this collection with Bonny the dog for company too! I can’t wait to be at another workshop!

   I had a great time at the bangle-making workshop. Rebecca was really friendly and helpful, and the process was easy to follow. I loved being able to design my own piece, and I left with 2 beautiful handmade bangles. Highly recommend for a fun, creative experience!

   My partner and I made our wedding rings with Rebecca and the whole experience was absolutely amazing. We now have the most perfect wedding bands - personal to us, beautiful, and made with so much love. I’d recommend it to anyone. From our consultation, Rebecca made everything feel special and joyful. She really listened to what we wanted and gave great advice. The making day itself was perfect: we started with practice rings in silver to get used to the tools and techniques. Rebecca is a wonderful teacher but also knew exactly when to step back and let us enjoy little moments together (especially when we were being extra soppy). The day was so full of thoughtful little touches - she really has thought of everything! Also, the lunch was delicious! This isn’t always the case for a veggie and a vegan - and we really appreciated it!

   Had a great time at the workshop. Rebecca is really knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything you are doing, making sure that your items are perfect at every step of the way. She is keen to share her expertise and make sure you get as much out of your time with her as possible. The workshop is quaint and quirky and has a real sense of history and Rebecca is very much connected to the building. I really enjoyed my time with her and am already planning a return visit as I came away with two lovely silver bangles. I would definitely recommend attending one of her workshops.

   We did a one day workshop with Rebecca for my partners birthday, and had a truly wonderful time. She went above and beyond to make our creations come to life. Due to Rebecca’s bright personality and detailed silversmithing knowledge the session was a delight and very informative. Rebecca was excellent at supporting us when we needed it, but also gave us the freedom try new things, learn different techniques, and make mistakes. She allowed us to be incredibly experimental and create amazing pieces of jewellery we didn’t think were even possible. We both felt we had Rebecca’s full attention (and patience), and came away feeling like we had learnt so much compared to other workshops with larger groups. We would highly recommend Rebecca’s in-depth workshops and beautiful silversmithing.
