After 14 years of sporadically buying jewellery for my wife from Pravins. They are second to none. They are professional and very personable. I phone up the shop and Stephanie answered she was polite,courteous, and even remembered me from two years ago. Just exemplary in my book.
Amazing service! I had gone to several local jewellers this morning in search for both an engagement ring and wedding band - armed only with a Pinterest board from my soon-to-be-fiancée and very little knowledge of rings. Other jewellers in the area were incredibly unhelpful and more so stared blankly at my inspirational images without offering any advice or options. Not at Pravins though! I was met by Orsi who was incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable. She expertly understood and identified what I was looking for, teaching me along the way about diamond ring shapes, purities, and colours (while I do not intend to buy any more engagement rings in the future, I certainly have a much better knowledge of them!). The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - but Orsi really shined and made a difficult purchase decision a breeze. Thank you!

I purchased the "18ct Rose Gold Pink Freshwater Pearl Pendant". My experience ordering online was straightforward, and delivery was fast. The pendant itself is lovely quality and very pretty. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because the pearl I received was a cool toned off-white lavender-ish colour, not a warm pink as pictured in the listing. The photo attached shows the pendant beside a warm pink pearl earring, in which you can see the significant colour difference. It would have been good if a wider array of pictures were shown on the product listing to reflect this variance, and/or the product was not listed as a pink pearl. Overall my purchase was a positive experience.
My fiancé and I visited Pravins in Cardiff yesterday looking to buy our wedding bands, we were greeted by Jared who made us feel really welcome as soon as we entered the store. We explained what we were looking for and he took a really good look at my engagement ring in detail to offer his opinion and knew exactly what to bring out to show us, to see what we thought. As he stepped away and let us chat amongst ourselves we were provided with a glass of champagne from the beautiful bar at the back. He went on to bring out 3 wedding bands each and within that selection we found one each which were perfect and exactly what we wanted. Jared really made the experience extra special for us and we look forward to coming in when our bands are ready to collect.
Pravins Cardiff was warm and welcoming. Jared in particular is a complete diamond in himself. Such an asset to the family run business. He is incredibly passionate about his job and highly knowledgeable. He made the experience of designing a bespoke engagement ring so exciting and easy. He kept in touch regularly with updates and showed as much excitement for the final piece as we did. Can not recommend enough! Thank you!!
I’ve been into Pravins in Cardiff several times recently and the staff there are amazing, especially Jared and Natalie. They are so welcoming and very knowledgeable. Choosing jewellery, especially engagement and wedding rings, needs a lot of consideration and they could not have been more helpful. There was no pressure from them, they listened carefully to us and answered all our questions. Excellent customer service. I would have given them six stars if I could!
Myself and my wife visited Pravins (Cardiff) in March (22) to look at renewing my wife's engagement and wedding rings, we were welcomed by Natalie who was very polite and made us feel relaxed. We were shown the ring's we had seen on display and she explained the clarity and origen of the diamond this made it then very easy for us to choose the best ring more suited for my wife. We picked the ring up after a ring size adjustment and needles to say we were very happy with the whole experience, especially when Natalie invited us to attend there open evening after there refit of the shop,we had a lovely evening and was glad to purchase some exciting new pieces of jewellery, thanks again Natalie for looking after us and please thank your incredible team from the both of us. Wow, our appointment at Pravins (Cardiff) with Jared was amazing from start to finish. We made a fairly long trip to visit the Pravins boutique as I wanted our wedding rings to match my engagement ring, which came from Pravins. It was totally worth the long trip and I am so glad we made the decision to choose Pravins. Jared was so welcoming and had such expert advice for us. Both me and my partner don't wear a lot of jewellery so we really appreciated all the help Jared gave to us on selecting our wedding rings and I couldn't be happier with what we have chosen. If I could give 10 stars I would, the service we received was excellent, thank you so much!
