   We drove 2 and a half hours to meet at the Cardiff branch of the Diamonds Factory after hearing about their fantastic reputation. Teya was enthusiastic and engaging! We were met with lovely refreshments and lots of beautiful personal touches. Teya listened to what we wanted, our budget and was able to articulate our needs perfectly. The information was pitched at the right level so we could make well-informed decisions. We appreciated Teya's creativity in demonstrating what one of our rings would look like. We had a lot of fun putting our order together and we are so excited to receive it! I highly recommend the Cardiff team!!
