   My fiancé visited Brooklinde at the beginning of the year with ideas for my engagement ring, and he said the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Clare and Emma were incredibly helpful and patient, explaining everything clearly and guiding him through each step of the process. They kept him updated throughout and were happy to make tweaks along the way to ensure the ring was absolutely perfect.    I chose to use Clare and Emma to make an engagement ring as I wanted to use a small independent supplier rather than one of the larger chains. Clare was extremely helpful and was only too happy to slightly redesign the ring to suit how I wanted it to look. She was also brilliant on advising on the correct size as I only had my partner's ring that she wears on her middle finger. The ring was also turned round very quickly to accommodate me taking the ring away to propose. The ring is absolute stunning and my fiancee loves it. Brilliant service from Clare from start to finish and we will be back soon to choose our wedding rings.

   Recently, we have been to Brooklinde to get our wedding bands, but have previously had an engagement ring and a necklace from them. Each time they have created something special.    I have used Brooklinde twice now to make an engagement ring and then Wedding rings for myself and my partner and each time they were absolutely fantastic. The staff are incredibly helpful,friendly and didn't try to oversell or pressure me into buying. I had an engagement ring made to my own design as well as an existing ring replicated with a buckle design on a thinner band (see pictures attached) and each was beautifully made and looked stunning.

My husband and I had our wedding bands made from my late mother’s engagement and wedding rings, and we also used the diamonds from her engagement ring to make a gorgeous necklace which I wear daily.    Brooklinde have really gone the extra mile to help create the perfect engagement ring. Clare was really patient when discussing the design and she sourced an incredible selection of diamonds to choose from. Brooklinde were very accommodating of changes in the schedule and made sure the ring was ready far ahead of schedule. The follow up care has also been exceptional.    Clare has made me 5 items which are 4 beautiful rings and an amazing bangle with diamonds and rubies on it. Over the last two years I have dealt with Clare and Emma. They both have been amazing. Very professional and willing to bend over backwards to be helpful. From start to finish I was always kept informed. If you want someone to bring your ideas to life then look no further. Also if you have any rings that need a good clean then take them here. Best part Clare cleans them in her store and doesn’t need to send them away so you get your ring back in the same day. They look brand new. Thank you again

   Clare is fantastic. We couldn't have been more happy, and we are so pleased that we popped in. We discussed the ring and designed it together, and it's perfect. Clare was never unavailable and always answered my questions promptly. She is also just a really lovely person, which helps! The size was exactly what we asked for, but the ring was a tiny bit too big. Clare was very happy to take it back and adjust it for us, which she did really quickly. It's now just right. I strongly recommend you pop get in touch with Brooklinde for your jewellery needs. We will be heading back to get our wedding rings made. Hopefully this will be the only time we go through this, and choosing Brooklinde had made the experience a lovely way to begin our new journey.

   Brooklinde is an absolute gem. My husband and I purchased our engagement ring and wedding rings here. We have been delighted with them. I was also very lucky to receive an absolutely beautiful pair of pearl earrings to wear on the big day. I haven't stopped wearing them since. Clare is very friendly and helpful.
