   Had a Call from Megan on Saturday afternoon regarding a watch I had on my wish list. She was so friendly and polite, I made an appointment with her for the Monday to pay and collect. I was early to the appointment where johnathan dealt with me showing me the watch and the features. He was very smart and spoke very nicely. The showroom was so impressive and was very clean and tidy. All the staff were friendly and came to talk to me. I thank Megan, Johnathan and the company so much in selling me a beautiful watch. I wish the whole team and the company every success in the future.

   What an experience with Laings ! Was only out shopping for my birthday and was looking through window and was warmly welcomed in so I had a look round and fancied buying a Rolex. Ask if I could buy the root beer one, I was then handed over to Megan who deals with the Rolex watches and she was amazing from start to finish! Total asset to the team! Everyone in the shop is very welcoming and super friendly, it was a pleasure to buy from here and hopefully will be back again soon.

   Got in touch regarding a replacement Cartier watch strap, had an appointment regarding options am still waiting for them to get back to me. This was 6 months ago. Whenever I contact them the person dealing with it is on leave? Two other high end watch dealers in St.Davids Centre have been much more helpful. Wouldn't waste my time with them!

   Superb service from Tom and Ashley at Laings recently. I am a first time Rolex customer but received fantastic service and was made to feel very welcome by the staff there, both with quickly sourcing and supplying my watch, a Rolex OP 36. I had been on a waiting list with another dealer since April 2021 but not heard anything. I’m so glad I went to Laings, and highly recommend them to you.

   My wife and I visited Laings this week. Welcomed into the store by Adrien and made to feel very relaxed, they soon introduced us to Juan to take me through fitting and registering an interest. The whole experience was great. Juan was very knowledgeable and soon tailored what I wanted to the perfect product while Adrien and my wife discussed how eternity jewellery could fit around her work. Both were very personable and we came away praising their can do attitude and how they treated us from start to finish. I look forward to future meetings and can't wait for the phone call to rush in and get the gift that we want to mark a key achievement.

   Incredible service from Tommy who is normally in the Service team. I'd always had my heart set on a Rolex, and have been on the waiting list for a long time, but Tommy made some excellent suggestions and was very patient as I dismissed a lot of them until I found the perfect IWC. It was great to have a consultant who is well versed in the mechanics of the watches themselves rather than normally being on the sales side. I ended up driving from Worcestershire back to Cardiff the following weekend to make the purchase, and I couldn't be happier. I'd happily recommend Laings who made the experience feel very personal, but I'd strongly recommend Tommy to anyone who is unsure exactly what they want.
