Called into Warren James in Cwmbran yesterday to look for a gift from my children to their Nan for her birthday and the customer service from the older woman was absolutely horrific. Clearly in the wrong job
Great service yesyerday purchased 2 rings and a bracelet. They were all so helpful,patient and kind-a rare find in shops these days
Went to look at rings as a present for my partner, the jewellery looked very nice however the staff were the opposite. Staff were rude, judgmental and clearly didn't want to be there. Scoffed when I asked about deals and made rude remarks when I asked about sizing. Definitely wouldn't recommend and will not be going there again.
Went in to buy some chains for some loose pendants. The chains and jewellery we bought were high quality and what we wanted, however the customer service was absolutely appalling. A member of our group felt ridiculed after asking if her chain came under any deals. We are extremely disappointed with this service, Hope this can be resolved for any future visits.

Bought a ring still waiting for it to be delivered every time I ring they just palm me off they also say it’s a standard size if that’s the case why so long the woman don’t let u speak just talks over you terrible customer service I will never buy from here again

Bought a ring and earrings today, nothing wrong with the products - both lovely! Having worked a long time in retail myself, I was really disappointed with the customer service in the Cwmbran store today. I felt very uncomfortable in the store, the lady who served me wasn't bad, didn't crack a smile but polite. The other lady behind the till just glared at me, miserably and wouldn't talk to me. Just an uncomfortable experience all round, unfortunately.
