went in for the first time today and was immediately made to feel welcome. Nia made us feeling so welcome and she was so lovely. the regulars were super sweet and have definitely made me want to come back again!
The Clifton hotel in Clifton street has great atmosphere where you feel very comfortable being there... The staff are amazing also always on hand to help with all your needs... The landlady Cath who is running the pub right now is such a lovely lady who looks after her punters and makes sure that everyone is happy...
The Clifton hotel is best pub and very local to me.. very good atmosphere and friendly people.. I always feel very comfortable to come in a have pint or 2..the staff is amazing and I know if I need help or there problem in pub they here to help
Wow, What an awsome pub. It's a proper local pub thats warm and welcoming with good music and great staff and customers. Lots of space on a very comfortable setting , pool table in a back room , toilets are ok , furniture all ok and bar is great Definitely one to stop off at and have a pint and natter. Dont let anyone tell you other wise, dont judge a book by its cover. Thank you for a good afternoon
A proper cosy pub with a really good atmosphere. Always a warm welcome, great value drinks, and plenty to keep you entertained with the darts, skittles, pool and jukebox. A great spot for a relaxed pint with friends.

My favourite pub, nowhere else with the same welcoming atmosphere always a great night with the best staff.
New management making a huge improvement, colourful parasols hanging baskets make the beer garden inviting. So so much cleaner also. Encouraging to have a tidy local pub again. Sunday bingo a giggle. Only down side no sky so have to leave pub to watch footie elsewhere. Well done kerry keep up the great work.
