“What I really like about this club,is, it is bucking the trend of the old social club. It has a lively itinerary of events and I suspect a good attendance rate. We have been here before for an engagement party. This time, sadly, a wake. What I particularly like, is the way the main hall is separated from, the skittle ally. The pool room again is separated from the bar area. And then there is another room to occupy as well. Add to all of that the lovely staff and a very good price for drinks. This place is onto a winner.”

“Social Clubs like this are, unfortunately, a tad archaic, which is part of the charm, I guess. Friendly and helpful staff, decent selection of beers, though no real ales. These places need our support, be part of the community and, at the same time, enjoy good company and reasonably priced beers. Disfruta amigos.”

“Always accommodating whenever I need a venue for a function. The team are awesome the prices are excellent. The building is excellent if you have mobility issues as its all on one level I would definitely recommend this venue if you're looking for an affordable venue for functions big or small”

“There is a regular Northern Soul disco evening, upstairs, that's open to the public without pre booking. You can pay on the door. Very reasonable drinks prices and a friendly and fun crowd. The DJs use real record decks.”

“Our favourite place in 2025, WOW, what a place, we are on holiday in Cardiff and came across this place, offering lunch time deal for £8.50, we were not disappointed at all. Please have a look at the pic's. The food was absolutely amazing, right size too, flavours were spot on. The staff here are fantastic too, friendly and polite. Can't fault them. We liked it that much that im sitting in the restaurant right now writing my review im that impressed with here. We can't wait to find a local one to us when home to go to. “Best pint of Guinness out of most places I've been to in Cardiff. This place is a sports bar with multiple screens for watching live sports. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, doormen the same. Great place to meet with friends or drink alone. Always something to watch on the screens, footie, rugby mma etc. Vaping allowed inside but smoking cigarettes outside. Relaxed, chilled, great beer & friendly people. Well worth a visit.”

“They made me put my shoes back on even though I was wearing heels we had a great night boogie our hearts away and George the hot bouncer was very informative with his knowledge of how to use Uber, but refused to give me his number when asking”
