⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Popworld was hands down the best bottomless brunch we have ever had! From the moment we arrived, the service was incredible and the vibes were absolutely phenomenal. The atmosphere was buzzing, the drinks kept flowing, and everything was so well organised. All of the staff were so lovely and welcoming, but Rhys deserves a special mention. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were having the best time – attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about us enjoying ourselves. He made the whole experience even more memorable. If you’re looking for a bottomless brunch with amazing service, unbeatable vibes, and staff who really make the experience special, Popworld is the place to go. We’ll 100% be back!

Myself and 3 friends were out celebrating a birthday, we had gone to slug and lettuce for bottomless brunch at 12.30 till 2.30, after we entered popworld everyone seemed nice laughing and joking with staff how they looked so young, and was very welcoming a bit later we were having some trouble with a few people sat opposite us so made bouncer away, he new exactly who I was talking about without going into to much detail and said not to worry, so thanked him carried on with the evening enjoying ourselves, while visiting the smoking area a bouncer came up to me sand said they had cut me off at the bar, I asked why they said bar staff had made that choice I explained I found this odd as I had only been to the bar once in the whole time we been there to purchase drinks anyway I didn't argue I accepted it even though I could not understand it, so stood there finishing my dri k a different bouncer then told me if he sees me drinking he will kick me out so not only the drink I paid for I couldn't have I was feeling abit watched even though I done nothing i was not wobbling, stumbling or a drunken mess to even show that this decision was backed up with evidence at this point I asked to see the manager who was lovely but dunno why a manager as she just kept saying I can't do anything the whole time the bouncers eyeing me up rather intimidating to be honest. There was way more people in the club that was drunk but they was fine even people in my party but for sone reason I was the one they decided to cut off and intimidating so off we went to O'Neil were i walked in and was served drinks because I was not even vlose to the point to be cut off, think staff in popworld need to be trained on not to intimidate people ! Will not be back and will definitely be telling as many people as possible!!!!

They made me put my shoes back on even though I was wearing heels we had a great night boogie our hearts away and George the hot bouncer was very informative with his knowledge of how to use Uber, but refused to give me his number when asking

Female bar Manager has zero customer service skills, totally childish and provocative trying to get a reaction from people once she'd had them kicked out for doing nothing wrong. Following them outside, waving & shouting 'goodbye' 100% on a power trip! Not interested in actually speaking with customers to deal with problems or questions, her solution is to call for security. Even the bouncers knew she was in the wrong yet they just have to do as they're told. Group of 7, cost us £35 to get in for all of 5 mins. Was an absolute shambles in there. Best thing the owner can do us to employ a new manager and bar staff with better attitude and who actually like working with the public

Packed and the music was not cheesy enough but still had fun. Def sardine time! Decent mix of young and old

Tacky decor, terrible cocktails (couldn’t get past the first sip) and men circling the dance floor like vultures. Not inviting in the slightest. The staff were also not friendly, never smiled, and ultimately provided a real poor level of service. It was an uncomfortable first experience for two women that have never been to Cardiff. I’m so glad that I didn’t book a booth. Avoid.

Average club with terrible prices and the place is a state. Karma used to be the dirtiest club in town but since that shutdown this place takes the top spot. Floors were so sticky I had to leave one of my trainers behind. Not one member of staff was cleaning or making sure the area was safe. Dance floor was so small you couldn’t swing Warwick Davies in there. Bouncers we’re ok, typical guys who love control but to be fair they were ok with myself. Bathrooms were dreadful, you’re rubbing shoulders with every guy tryna release a stomach full of over priced double vodkas. Stairs are very unsafe and tucked away at the other end of the dance floor so you have to part the crowd like Moses half cut. There’s cheaper safer places to drink on the same strip so go elsewhere.
