   Great centre, can't fault the staff , so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble, especially Hayley on reception who helped me set up my new membership. Would highly recommend this centre to anyone .

   Disgusted by the behaviour of a member of staff towards a family with young children. The way she sent her male colleague to them repeatedly intimidating and threatening to kick them out of the pool just because she doesn't like what the were wearing! I was there by the reception the whole time this happened. When the family finally had enough and leaving the venue, she was trying to be nice and telling them she can't tell them what to wear as its DISCRIMINATING. However, she can threatened to kick them out for not wearing appropriate clothing! How can someone with this types of Racist view can work at a public place? I heard the family was there yesterday also and had no issues regarding clothing. But suddenly it was a problem today! The other member of staff were apologetic but she just disappeared to the office and once came out to ask her colleagues " did they came here wearing this yesterday?" They said yes and she just shook her head and dissappear again. No apology from her. I really felt for the young children's 5 to 6 years old crying. I will never go there ever again if she is still there working. ATTENTION: BETTER MANAGEMENT!

   Better have vastly improved the centre since taking over from the council. Classes are professional, led by great trainers, facilities are good,, large pool, the booking app is easy, The new circuits class is especially good, run by ross/ Adrian as are yoga classes by holly. Really good value for money.

   Lovely, clean leisure centre with lots of accessible activities for all levels and abilities. I attended a fantastic inclusive music group held upstairs that was fun, accessible and very welcoming. While at the centre I saw lots of different activities for all ages and abilities which was lovely to see. Had a very nice community feel and staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend for community activities and personal fitness!

   Loved the toddler pool really warm and clam when big children aren't in there. The big children dunking each other and splashing in the toddler pool nearly hit into my toddler. My 10 year old came and she didn't behave badly as she understood that there are babies and small children that could get hurt in the pool. The big children should be in the big pool if they can't be safe around the little ones.

   Pool is nice, the signs say swim around in a circle, but nobody seems to take any notice! The lack of proper hairdryers in the changing room is a pain. I usually swim at Fairwater where the changing rooms are great and have all the facilities you need. Cantonian High School have taken over the pool every week day morning until end of July so I have had to start swimming at Western. Hopefully the 6 months will go fast and fingers crossed there won't be any delays with the building work at the School so I can get back to Fairwater where I can dry my hair!

   Absolutely disgusting how my neice and her friends went there today (Tom boys) wore shorts and t-shirts to go into the pool and they got turned away due to not wearing a bakini in there! What dirty pervs do they have they working there! Wudnt Recommend it atall!

   We used this location for a birthday party using the Air Venture. The air venture bouncy castle is great plenty of room and different obstacles to overcome. The kids seemed to really enjoy themselves. Price wise I think £300 is a bit on the expensive side for only 1 hour on the air venture and then the use of a room for 1 hour. You will have to provide your own food as this is not an option. Would we use again - probably but I would shop around and price up other options first.

   My twin grandsons had their 6th birthday party at Western Leisure centre today. What a fabulous time all the children had on their inflatable adventure. It was the biggest and best I have ever seen well worth the money. The staff especially the manager went above and beyond to make sure our experience there was enjoyable and were all extremely helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend this as a go to place for children's parties. Says it all when on the way out the twins say to their mum can we come here again when we are 7.
