What a gem of a launch site for kayaking up the river or sailing in the bay and very reasonable launch fee. Fantastic staff, cheerful and very helpful. Be careful at the bottom of the ramp slippy under foot.
Amazing view to enjoy while on the treadmill! 20£ a month is fair for their monthly membership. It’s a bit small but they have all the equipments and all are new. The only thing bothering me is kids aged 10-13 coming to the adult gym! This needs to be resolved!

Great slipway for getting our boat in and out of the water. Use of the leisure centre showers and toilets when using the slipway. Great links to Cardiff Bay and past the Millenium Stadium
Really well equipped gym(s). Stand alone female option if required. Excellent , plentiful selection of Techno cardio and resistance equipment. Incredibly pleasant and helpful staff.

Good little centre, would be worth 6 stars with a pool and a few more toilets wouldn't go amiss. The gym is well equipped but can get busy at certain times.
The reason for visiting this place was to purchase a slip way permit to launch our boat . Upon walking in to the Channel View Leisure centre at 7:15am we were greeted with a very warm welcome from reception who pointed out toilets that were spotless and refreshments after our 2 hour journey . People who were entering the premesis at the the time either staff or facility users were all very polite and friendly . The actual centre has an awsome view over the huge Cardiff Bay . I can imagine it is a spectacular site through the summer with the boat traffic . We had a few hours on the water trying our boat and using the famous barrage locks to enter the Bristol channel . All in all its a place I can highly recommend for picturesque views and lovely local people .
Well equipped leisure centre with a outdoor 3G 5 a side pitch which can be used as a small 6 a side pitch, albeit a bit cramped. Staff are helpful and friendly and the gym looks to be good quality. Changing rooms and toilets are clean and there is parking onsite. This can often be quite cramped but plenty of on street parking is in the vicinity. Close to a public park and the larger 'Marl' 3G pitch.
