   You pay £2000 in service fees for them to maintain a tiny room gym with old cheap weight machines. And some of the cardio equipment is brokenish. filter water cooler fine smith machine and some benches and free weights is good. Could do with a few more mirrors so you could check form when using free weights. Some benches and machines need a glow up. But all in all ok

   Really lovely private pool and spa for residents of Century Wharf. The whole area was very quiet which was nice as you felt you could spend as much time as you wanted there. The hot tub was so relaxing, and the sauna was also really lovely. Everything was super clean and tidy, and it’s lovely to have on site! Only real criticism was that the lockers haven’t been updated to take the new style £1 coin, so unless you have an old one, they won’t lock. That being said there were only two other people in the entire building at the same time as us, so we weren’t too worried about the security of our belongings.

   Gym is good. But the pool is cold and I’m guessing they have had problems with the water heating because they showers are just as cold
