Played on the astro. Decent surface and pitch size for 5-a-side. Hit the ball over the fence a few times. Could be higher and/or a net over the top. Al in all a good experience and very reasonably priced too. Free parking.
I was working out in the gym when a girl came in with her phone on loud speaker having a conversation extremely loud she was working out on the treadmill whilst holding her phone still on speaker for over 30 min or more intermittently placing the phone on a dock which made it even louder this went on I could hear the whole conversation I just couldn’t concentrate on my own workout or hear the piped music on repeat, despite several people looking at her with disapproval there was no regard or mindfulness for anyone else in the gym I put off going to the aria that she was in until the last minute this girl was still on speaker getting louder with her reply’s I asked her very respectfully could she kindly turn the sound down as I can here her whole private conversation which she then did after short while she left , as I walked out of the gym I was accosted called back by two of the weight lifters staff that work there who interrogated me intimidated me humiliated and denigrated me I’m a 81 year old woman these two men made me feel bullied and intimidated and treated me as I was guilty a criminal allegedly this girl who was walking with her phone on a treadmill which apparently is fine with health and safety in knightwood gyms had made a complaint regarding myself asking her to please turn down her speaker on the phone , wouldn’t you expect who ever took the call to have said that perhaps she could be mindful of others using the gym respecting others not using holding a mobile phone on loud speaker whilst working on equipment was much more important than harassing another gym member for asking this girl to kindly turn down the loud speaker , this is in my opinion is over stepping there position imploying intimidating bully boy tactic which left me feeling I’ll and shaken extremely upset , which I told them I was left crying in my car. I was found guilty of asking a girl to turn down the loud speaker no mention of this person shouldn’t have been doing it in the first place important calls yes other you take outside is normal policies and procedures in most reputable gyms most have noticed asking gym users to take calls outside , which could very easily be in place . but I should add the behaviour of these two staff was unacceptable handled all very badly leaving me extremely upset and needs to be investigated a apology would help but just how many more woman will be spoken to in this way certainly this wouldn’t be happening to a man it’s a shameful situation that could should have been avoided by just thinking how ridiculous it actually sounded ,out of ten people in that I spoke to about this they all agreed it was handled disgracefully
This place is great for us as a family. Our son can ride his bike around the place, on the pump track, in the skate park, and if he dares the BMX track. With a shop to get a warm drink, it's perfect to spend some time at. Well looked after and lots of other friendly visitors there too.
Just been here to kill some time whilst my car was been serviced, I’m not from the area so I wandered in with a gym bag. I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities for a modest sized gym. All new stuff and in a nice room. The reason for the review is the staff. I was clearly a guy wandering through, but I was helped with a padlock (I didn’t bring) and shown around. I use a lot of different gyms when I travel around, this is a nice little gem. Thank you to Brad, who help me get sorted. My car is ready earlier than I expected, so I’m just dropping a quick review. As good service deserves recognition

Good range of facilities here, including the sports hall, astro cages, BMX, skateboard, dog walks, football pitches, children's playground. Can be very soggy under foot, but generally the football pitches remain playable in all but the worst wet conditions.
Very busy sporting facility. Went there for youth football. Pitch,parking and atmosphere excellent.
Always a clean(ish) and well kept place to be. Has alot of facilities other then a pool. Skate, bmx, tennis, footie, basketball, football, cricket, free exercise machines. Only down side car park is a little small. Not tiny but a little small, so if a busy time go early or park down the road. Or at the church.
Outdoor visit only The outdoor facilities here are brilliant. There is a body-weight gym, skate park, off-road cycling ramps, football pitches and a play park. The grass was cut nicely and the whole place feels and looks very clean. There was also a Multi-Use Games Area, tennis courts and some football cages.
