My first session with Ashan was a bit of an eye opener and so helpful. I came to go physio desperate to see some progress, and they put me at ease and were understanding of my concerns. I highly recommend, they are friendly and professional. Also, the receptionist is lovely.
Had my first session with Roz after being recommended by son in law. Was really impressed by the in depth assessment process especially given my medical complications. Really felt as if she understood cause and the way forward. Reception was professional and liaised well with therapist. Not cheap, but if it works worth every penny.
I had an excellent massage here – very professional, relaxing and effective. The therapist Aaron listened carefully to my needs and focused on the areas that were causing me pain. I left feeling much lighter and with far less tension. The clinic is clean, welcoming and easy to book. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality massage therapy.
Emily has been brilliant assisting me with an ankle injury. A detailed initial assessment has really helped my rehabilitation and Emily has provided exercises promptly after each appointment. During the appointment Emily has talked me through each new exercise she is going to add to my plan to ensure I was carrying them out correctly. Couldn’t recommend enough!
I visited go Physio as I am recovering from surgery and wanted some advice on my rehab. I was very impressed with the initial assessment I received. I saw Emily and she was empathetic, encouraging and very informative. She gave good clear explanations and has given me goals to help me achieve a good outcome. I look forward to further appointments with her.
Lovely modern physio practice. The receptionist was very warm and helpful when I rang to arrange an appointment. My initial consultation was thorough, professional and gave me the confidence to embark on the prescribed exercises to do at home. Exercises videos are delivered via an app and are specifically tailored for individual needs. In 2 weeks I felt a major difference in the pain I'd been experiencing in my knee. The subsequent soft tissue massage is continuing to give me more range of movement and diminishing pain.
Cannot recommend highly enough! Went with a knee injury from running and saw Hannah 20 times over about 9 months. Staff are all really friendly and welcoming. The support I had from Hannah was superb, really helped with my recovery, but also taught me a lot about injury prevention. When I first visited I was worried whether I'd be running distances again. I am now training for a 50k race. Enough said!
Booked an appointment online the same day with Sheena. Booking system really simple. Facilities professional and welcoming. Sheena very easy to talk with and after an initial assessment and some work, I was given homework to help before the next session! Several sessions later I am as good as new. Would not hesitate to recommend goPhysio in Chandlers Ford to anyone in need of physio, sports therapy, and a whole host of other services.
I was able to get an appointment at fairly short notice with Sheena. She was very professional but importantly also very personable and put me at ease immediately. She quickly diagnosed my issue so was able to get treatment started at my first session and gave me simple exercises to do at home before my next appointment. I have already felt some benefit and hopeful I will be back to normal quite quickly. I can see that GoPhysio offer a full range of services for injury/rehab/life quality should they be required which is good to know is all available in one place. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
