Very impressed with the customer service today. Had a laugh with one of the staff members which really topped off the experience. Food was absolutely delicious and very easy to order. Great atmosphere. Overall had an amazing time, highly recommend, will definitely return again
The place is extortionate. £19 for 2 games and £17 for 4 jaggerbombs. There is a single pool table which really isn't enough for a bowling place. The table is £2 a game. At one point there was an issue where a spare didn't register. We called a member of staff and explained the issue who advised they would correct the score but they didn't. We called for service again and this time someone dressed casually who I assume was the manager came who was needlessly blunt. They said they can't change someone's score just because they want a better score. There was no attempt to even ask why we had requested to edit the score even though we had already explained it to the staff. Reluctantly the score was corrected. The staff at the counter and behind the bar are really nice and friendly saving a 1 star review.
Great bowling centre. Might not look like much from the outside but that doesn't reflect on the inside. Great facilities including pool, variety of arcade games and slot machines, air hockey and of course the bowling. Didn't try the food. They've never been anything to rave about in the past but maybe it has improved. We can only hope
Great place the staff are amazing really friendly helpful and ready to help/serve ect lanes where nice good selection of balls toilets tidy and clean as was the whole place just a shame it's so expensive would have liked two games but 60 quid for a family of four it's the only thing that let it down let's gets some early bird discount or something please
Went for a friends birthday. I was served by Bee during one of the recent hot days, and honestly, I just want to shout them out. It was sweltering inside, but they stayed calm, and assisted me as I’m disabled and struggle with heat exhaustion, they explained they had similar issues and completely understand. They gave me water and kept checking in on me keeping me comfortable.
A good fun place, we booked two games. You can adjust the side rails and there is a good range of bowling ball weights. Food was actually quite tasty, drinks as standard. The only comment I will say is that the tables are quite small soo with 4 of us getting food there wasn't enough table space. Two plates and drinks were on the table and the other two plates we had to hold for each other between playing. Otherwise everything was clean and we also had the opportunity to play some arcade games.
Had the vip side of bowling which was good your own corner space that you can enjoy in private , service was little slow maybe because it was busy , the food such as burgers and sharing snacks can do with a flavour and maybe not looking like a child plate meal same as the amount of fries, Also would advice for the bar side that they look and wash their wine glass before surviving it out as its not the first time i been passed a drink with lipstick print on them which they done another drink and gave another glass once I pointed it out but for it to happen second time was just too much . Other then that it's a nice little spot for kids and adult to enjoy now and then.
Went here last night, great bowling venue, would be a five star but my booking time was slightly different to my online booked time was meant to be and the arcades lack space. The place was clean, tidy and well presented. When we had a lane error it was dealt with quickly by staff
A nice place. Bowling lanes looked clean and in good repair. Scoring computer was easy to use. A few arcade machines.None terribly old. Diner and Bar too. Good quality and good value. Some items from menu can be ordered to be served at the bowling lanes. Staff all pleasant and friendly. Special mention for Katie who served everybody with a massive smile at all times.
