   Loving this play centre. The setup itself is great, the soft play area is a fantastic size and is well laid out. There is also bowling next it the soft play and I believe it's like a laser tag setup as well. The cafe is really sizeable with an upstairs and downstairs and appear to cater for children's parties quite frequently. The food selection is not that great and the portion sizes and pricing is comparative to a 4 star restaurant but without the same presentation or quality. Drinks are refreshing and the servery for the drinks and the foods could really do with a little more thought and updating to be honest. All in all a good experience for my kid and grand child. Would definitely come again.

   Came here with my 1 year old and was very impressed. Good food menu, very clean site, easily accessible (I rely on a walking stick) and the team are super friendly. Free parking, bowling facility and party rooms for hire too! Zoe and Sam were lovely and nothing was too much trouble, thank you!

   My nephew has had a lovely time this morning. Staff is friendly and attentive, and even though there was a bday party taking place, we have managed to order food and drinks without having to wait at all. The place is clean but looks slightly dated (although prices are really reasonable). Will definitely come back.

   I won a birthday party compition on Facebook for outburst soft play party and they were amazing from the get go! They were so friendly and helpful on the phone and organising everyrhing! They allowed us to choose what party room we wanted and showed us around.. On the day of the party they were amazing with set up and with the children We had a party table set up downstairs in the soft play with squash and water for the children, when it was time to head to the party room, they help fathers the children and headed to the rooms. Davey a lovely staff member was soo kind friendly and engaging with the children. She signed them all in and helped them in the party room keeping they engaged. They did everything we did minimal. It was soo easy and will definitely do party there again! All the children and adults said how well organised the party was and the soft play was fantastic too! Thank you outburst team!

   Really good soft play, clean and accessible. Plus the play area is a good height so you don't have to crouch down as a parent. Pretty quiet in the afternoons on weekdays.

   I took my 5 and 2 year old here as a change from our nearest soft play. It is great, lots to do and a nice toddler area with a mini soft play they can actually climb and slide. The downside was no soap in the toilet and staff were working so hard and busy themselves I informed them, but for somewhere like a soft play toilets and hand wash should be checked as it then feels less clean for children to be touching everything.... It's also probably better suited to older children. I didnt feel comfortable that there were exit points from the soft play upstairs and downstairs. If we sat downstairs someone could've approached my children and I'd not see and if we were upstairs we couldn't know if the same happened downstairs. At other soft plays were the area is fully contained my 2 year old will happily follow my 5 year old and I know they'll only ever exit from the same point if we get separated while making me chase them or want to go explore on their own. However, this is a really good centre of a decent size and lots of areas to enjoy and would bring my children back when they are bigger. Very reasonably priced entry and food available on site means you can easily spend a few hours here.

   I booked Ounurst for a corporate team-building event for two large groups over two separate occasions. It was so easy to arrange and Christine was very flexible and easy to work with. We ended up with a tailored package including food, drinks and two games of bowling. All staff thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the food was very good. We will be back and I can highly recommend it if you are looking for a cost effective and fun team event or just a fun night out with friends or family! Graham

   Fantastic place. It is clean (staff routinely patrol the area to ensure it is cleaned) and the soft play has accompanying adults in mind (no neck ache from low ceilings) Upon entry you are warmly greeted. The establishment offers unlimited refill drinks and a very reasonably priced light lunch
