   Very disappointing experience. My wife briefly took a couple of photos inside the cinema for personal use. We were given no warning at all. Staff immediately approached us, called the action "illegal", forced us to delete the photos, and then removed us from the screening. Despite fully cooperating and not recording any video, we were not allowed to return to the film and were refused a refund. The response was completely disproportionate and lacked basic customer service. A simple warning would have resolved the situation. I would not recommend this cinema based on how this situation was handled.

   Went to see wicked for good today at around 1:45pm with my mum who is disabled and uses walking sticks a lovely member of staff called Alex who was around 6ft tall and had brown hair was very kind and saw us struggling carrying our popcorn and our drinks so Alex kindly jumped to lend us a helping hand and carried our drinks for us walked at my mums pace offered to scan our tickets for us and walked us to our seats and put our drinks in our cupholders for us. Alex is an absolute credit to your cinema such a wonderful kind man Also loved the recliner seats super comfy and spacious

   I had a great time here. Unlike most cinemas, I actually had comfortable seats. We had proper seats that don't fold when you stand up. There was also a large selection of snacks to take in. I had a lot of ads (half an hour after the time recommend to arrive at). Overall, great time.

   Showcase is my first choice for going to movies in Southampton. I went to see Avatar 2 on 3/20, but unfortunately there were some technical issues and the projector couldn’t work properly. However, the staffs and manager told us that we could see any other movies that is available that night, so I chose Creed 3, which is a great movie. The staff also gave me an emergency ticket so I could come back whenever I want to see another movie. Not only did i get an extra free movie ticket, but the attitude of the staffs handling issues really impress me. This cinema not only has a great crystal clear screen and impressive Dolby Atmos system, but also with well-trained staffs.

   Very clean interior and bathrooms, comfortable seats everywhere especially during watching the movie. Lots of lounge space too outside. WiFi didn't work, and doors on toilet stools were missing for some reason. But generally a very enjoyable viewing experience and shall come back to a showcase soon.

   Venturing back to the movie theater after the lockdown? Make a visit to this modern and impressive cinema and if you can, buy VIP tickets for a really enjoyable experience. Don’t over order the food and drink until you see what’s already included in the ticket price. Seating is adjustable and super comfy and separation between seats is ample. Go enjoy yourself!

   Thoroughly enjoyed my experience of watching movie at the Showcase. On my first visit, I had to buy the premier tickets to the movie I wanted to watch, because all others were sold out. But it was worth the price. It cost £16.50 per person and it was a luxurious experience. The tickets included a sweet/savoury snack box.
