    Gave us the wrong address so we arrived 20 minutes late. We were told at the first venue that it wouldn’t be a problem and they would call ahead to sort it out. They didn’t so our time was cut much shorter and the escape room experience was pretty much ruined and put a dampener on the rest of the day. Only positive was the lady running the potions escape room, she was lovely.

    We had an incredible experience in the Seven Sins Escape Room! We went for my birthday, myself being a horror fan whilst my girlfriend has never watched a horror in her life. This really spiced up the experience as we were super pleasantly surprised about the tension and perfect level of horror created throughout this experience. Perfectly timed jump scares and creepy noises to put you on edge while you solve some creative puzzles. An escape room full of surprises and spooks. I would really recommend this as a couple experience! Also a massive shoutout to our host Mitch who lead our experience and set the vibe and assisted us when things got tough and made us feel welcomed and engaged in the world building leading up to entering the escape room. We can’t thank him enough for a memorable experience at Elusion!

    Me and my partner booked to do the monster hunter puzzle box. What an amazing evening. Everything was very thought out and the interactive table was a excellent touch. Drew really made our night with his character. The cocktails were fantastic. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for something different for date night.

    Really friendly staff and manager at the Southampton branch, I spoke to a lovely lady about an issue I experienced and it was dealt with really quickly and effectively, the rooms are absolutely fantastic and a great bonding activity. I’ll definitely be recommending this company (specifically Southampton location) to friends and family, if the staff I interacted with are indicative of all staff employed by the company, then you’re all looking at a huge amount of success!

    Did the from beyond escape room and it was amazing! Super immersive story. A nice range of complex and easy puzzles to solve. Mitch was an excellent host.

    We had our staff party for Christmas here. As a group of 4 we did the Seven Deadly Sins, ours games master was excellent and the start of the game made everyone laugh, it was definitely a unique choice for a Christmas party. Absolutely loved it and would definitely come back.

    Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed doing the seven sins escape room last night (team vertigo). The theming, scenery and puzzles were excellent and highly immersive with the sound as well. Xandy was a fantastic games master, built up the story well and provided hints quickly whenever we needed them and thank you for taking our pic and giving us sweets and discount for escaping :) highly recommend people visit and if we're back in the area will definitely do the other rooms.
