   Great customer service! I just wanted to compliment a wonderful member of staff named Riannan (I hope I’ve spelt her name correctly). She was so pleasant and kind to me during my visit! I came in with my 2-year-old son and was struggling a bit, but she went out of her way to help me with him so I could shop comfortably. She was so patient and lovely throughout. Bless her, I’ll definitely keep coming back to Schuh because of this experience! Thank you!❤️

   Came looking for a “chunky” boots for preteen daughter and couldn’t have been more satisfied with great customer service from Mustafa, who measured her feet and made the shopping experience easy and stress free. Daughter couldn’t be happier as the shoes look good with jeans and feels comfortable. Also, they accept the One4all gift card, which was a bonus.

   Great selection of footwear. Doesn't get a 5 star as not enough staff on hand to assist; had to wait a while and even then once had staff member aware was trying to purchase he was serving someone else at the same time so kept flitting between the two of us which was a little frustrating.

   My mum and I spent a good 20 minutes in this store trying on different shoes, we were greeted by a lovely member of staff called Julia, who was very patient and friendly with us while we spent time deciding what we wanted. In the end we bought two new pairs of shoes and wanted to say thank you for her amazing service

   At the start of the week I reserved and paid for a pair of Vans for a relatives Christmas present. I then went into the store later on in the week to collect and I was told they were nowhere to be found. A lovely girl Chloe then appeared apologising profusely offering me a refund, not ideal as it was only a couple of days before Xmas. She then offered to go and collect the shoes personally from another store and drive to my house to drop them off. I wasn’t going to let her do that as I live fairly far out in the forest. We agreed she would go and collect them and bring them to the store and I’d come back the next day. I came back the next day and as promised there they were ready to go. Please thank Chloe personally for me, her customer service was fantastic and she completely turned a negative experience around into a positive one!
