Got my first pair of boots. Customer service was excellent, all the assistance are very helpful and happy to help. I started with a size 10 and ended up buying a size 9 having tried the 9.5 going by the advice of the store assistant. They made sure I had the perfect fit. Even helped me with my laces (to show how tight they need to be) cannot fault this store and will certainly return... Why too many boots to be had.
Liv was the most helpful, cheerful person we've had the pleasure of meeting with my Partner. They helped us pick out the right shoe, assisted my partner with her laces to ensure a tight fit and in general made the entire experience a 10/10. I'm not sure if we would have both got a pair if not for Liv! Matt was also a great support, thanks for the advice!
